How often should I use BootyBridge?
Though you can use BootyBridge as often as you want, we recommend 2 to 3 times a week.
What exercise regimen should I follow?
The BootyBridge includes an instructional poster of exercises for you to follow. We recommend 3 sets of 10-15 reps per exercise.
What angle should I set for my foot?
We recommend an angle of approximately 30 degrees between the foot platform and the floor.
What length of the BootyBridge should I set for my body?
Set a length of BootyBridge so that your shoulder is completely on the main platform of the unit when performing Glute Bridge exercise.
What should be the appropriate resistance for my exercise?
One should pre-stretch the resistance band when at rest position so to create resistance right from the beginning of the push. As far as how much, this will depend on the strength that a person has.
